This is the Privacy Policy of Cape Arcona Type Foundry (“CAPE”) hold by Stefan Claudius and Thomas Schostok (“HOLDER”) for the website CAPE-ARCONA.COM website, which describes how we collect, use and share personally identifiable information (“PII”– that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number or IP) we obtain from and about individuals located in the world both online and off-line.

CAPE is a general audience web site and their HOLDER does not knowingly collect PII from children that are under their age of legal majoriy. In fact, we have no way to determine if a kid or an adult visits CAPE-ARCONA.COM.
